2. Products and prices

  • Point packs and monthly subscriptions are digital products for use within the app.
  • The points, subscription billing period, and final price shown by Google Play or the App Store immediately before payment apply.
  • Purchased points do not expire while the account is active; subscription points expire at the end of each billing period.

3. Order and payment

  • Payment is processed through the Google Play or App Store account selected by the user.
  • A purchase is confirmed only after store authorization and server verification.
  • A store transaction ID grants points only once to prevent duplicate delivery.

4. Delivery and service failures

  • Points are normally credited immediately after the purchase is verified.
  • If paid points do not appear, use purchase restoration or contact support with the transaction details.
  • If the system confirms image-generation failure, the points used for that operation are returned automatically.

5. Recurring billing and cancellation

  • A monthly subscription may renew each billing period until canceled through the store.
  • Cancel in Google Play or App Store subscription management; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Benefits remain available until the end of the paid period. Price increases or conversion from free to paid follow applicable notice and consent requirements.

Subscription retention and sharing benefits

  • Retention begins when store verification activates access and ends after the paid or grace period. Turning off renewal does not immediately end the current paid period.
  • A store-confirmed refund, revocation, or payment hold starts a 90-day grace period at its effective access-end time. Resubscribing before expiry continues protection for files that still exist.
  • Expired or deleted files and posts already removed for expiry are not restored. Restoring a purchase restores access, not deleted files.
  • Active subscribers may hide the app logo and name from result images in the normal app sharing flow. The option ends with access and does not guarantee recall, permanent storage, or copy prevention for shared copies.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

  • You may generally request withdrawal within seven days after receiving the contract information or after supply begins, subject to applicable law and store procedures.
  • Withdrawal may be restricted for the portion of divisible digital content whose supply has begun through point use, only where legal requirements are met. Rights for unsupplied portions and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  • If supply differs from the description or contract, withdrawal may be requested within three months after supply or within 30 days after discovery, whichever period ends first.
  • Applicable law and the Google Play or App Store refund process take priority for the final refund decision.

7. Points after refunds and unauthorized charges

  • When a store refund is confirmed, unused points from that purchase are removed.
  • If points were already used, the Operator may notify the user, offset them against future grants, and pause image generation until settled.
  • Report stolen payments, duplicate charges, or missing delivery to the contact email and the store support channel.

8. Support and disputes

Send purchase, subscription, or refund questions to mirihairai@gmail.com. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under Korean law, and disputes follow applicable consumer-dispute standards and jurisdiction rules.
